The Knuckle Stone at Carrhead Rocks
Carrhead Rocks are the much smaller sibling of Stanage Edge, which runs parallel to it only a short distance behind. Both locations enjoy easy access from Hook’s Carr car park which sits between the two.
The most prominent feature of formation is the single stone known as The Knuckle Stone which sits at the edges highest point and can be used as a focal point from a variety of different compositions.
