RR-305-Hamnøy Surprise - A3

Hamnøy Surprise

Always look behind you! The fishing village of Hamnøy is a famous location, renowned by fine art landscape photographers from around the world. Within 2 hours of my arrival at Lofoten, I was there taking the first photographs of my 2 weeks, 5000-mile camper van photography road trip across 8 countries. It was dawn and the gorgeous view of the fishing village was beginning to be enveloped by the Norwegian dawn light. I looked over my shoulder to be surprised by a slither of light illuminating the mountains.

An example of how beautiful this image can look when framed.
